Processing of your personal data when you create a profile in our recruitment portal
When you create a profile in our recruitment portal, we will process the personal data in your profile exclusively with a view to facilitating your current and future applications.
When you send a job application, the personal data registered in your profile will be disclosed to the consolidated company to which you have sent your job application. This means that the consolidated company will have separate data controller status with respect to the personal data disclosed to it. The consolidated company to which the personal data in your profile has been disclosed will process the personal data in your profile exclusively with a view to processing your current application to that company.
For the sake of efficiency, we have moved the entire operation of our recruitment portal to the company MT Højgaard A/S. This means that MT Højgaard A/S is the controller with re-spect to the processing of the personal data you enter in your profile.
The following companies are part of our Group and will consequently receive the data you enter in your profile if you apply for a job with them:
Enemærke & Petersen, Lindpro og Ajos.
The personal data in your profile will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent [cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016)]. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your profile or sending an email to servicedesk@mth.dk.
The personal data in your profile will be processed by the controller until you ask for the pro-cessing to cease, for example by deleting your profile. However, profiles and the associated personal data will always be deleted after six months without any activity. If the personal data is transferred to one or more of our consolidated companies in connection with job applica-tion(s) you have sent to them, the consolidated companies will continue processing your per-sonal data as part of the ongoing employment relationship if your application is successful or cease processing your personal data after a maximum period of six months in the event that your application is unsuccessful.
The data you enter in the recruitment portal will be processed in our IT system, which is pro-vided by an external business partner (processor).
Our processor has branches in non-EU countries that offer system support and other ser-vices. This means that personal data may be transferred to third countries, including the US, India, Israel and New Zealand. To ensure that your data is treated confidentially and is subject to an adequate level of protection, transfers are made on the following basis:
- Transfers to the US comply with the rules in Privacy Shield as adopted by Commission Im-plementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016. Privacy Shield is a bilateral arrange-ment that allows the transfer of data to companies in the US that are certified in accordance with the Privacy Shield principles.
- Transfers to India are made in accordance with the rules in EU Model Clause, the EU rules on data transfers to third countries.
- Transfers to Israel and New Zealand – The EU Commission has established that Israel and New Zealand have an adequate level of protection pursuant to Article 45(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.]
You have the right to access, at any time, the personal data concerning you that we and our consolidated companies are processing.
